How we choose schools

We prioritise schools recognised by Japan's Immigration as Tekiseiko — especially “Class I” schools, where COE processing is typically faster (around 1–2 months). We also check dormitories, intakes and N5 entry rules.

Who can apply

Aged 18 or older; usually no upper age limit
HSC or equivalent at minimum — a Bachelor's helps
About 150 hours of Japanese study or JLPT N5 — our course covers this

経費支弁FINANCIAL PROOF

The part that decides most visas.

For a one-year course, a sponsor usually shows about ¥1.6M–¥2M (≈ ৳13–16.5 lakh) in the bank. It's proof of ability to pay — not money paid to anyone.

Keep 6 months of steady statements, tax papers and a clear source of funds.

Avoid

Sudden large deposits, unexplained money and last-minute paperwork.

寮LIFE IN JAPAN

Dormitories

Most large schools have their own or partner dorms — usually furnished, near the school, and the safest choice for your first months. Book a dorm seat when you enrol; they fill too.

アルバイトLIFE IN JAPAN

Part-time work

With permission, up to 28 hours a week during term and full-time in long holidays. Better Japanese (N4/N3) usually means better jobs. It helps with costs — it isn't a plan to pay tuition.
